  • Yogurt, Roasted Oats and Fruit

Ingredients

  • 100g jumbo porridge oats
  • 2 ripe English pears cored and diced
  • 2 English red apples cored and diced
  • 500g low fat natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp clear honey

How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C, gas mark 6
  2. Place the oats on a baking tray and roast for 5 minutes
  3. Allow to cool slightly
  4. Meanwhile mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir in the oats
  5. Serve chilled and drizzled with honey

Serve in tall sundae glasses for a special occasion or try using flavoured yogurt for a different taste.
