Ingredients
- 100g jumbo porridge oats
- 2 ripe English pears cored and diced
- 2 English red apples cored and diced
- 500g low fat natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp clear honey
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 200C, gas mark 6

Place the oats on a baking tray and roast for 5 minutes

Allow to cool slightly

Meanwhile mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir in the oats

Serve chilled and drizzled with honey
Serve in tall sundae glasses for a special occasion or try using flavoured yogurt for a different taste.
