Ingredients
- 454g sausages e.g. Cumberland
- 1 red onion sliced
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp English mustard
- 1 tbsp tomato relish
- 1 tbsp oil
- 8 slices wholemeal bread
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 200C, gas mark 6
- Place the sausages, onion, tomatoes, mustard, 1 tbsp tomato relish and oil in a large baking tray
- Mix well to coat
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and caramelised, stirring half way through
- Spread the remaining relish over the bread and fill with the sausage and onion mixture
