  • Porridge with Orange Curd


  • 50g porridge
  • 350ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 tbsp orange curd
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds

How to make it

  1. Place the oats and milk in a small saucepan and bring to the boil, simmer for 3-4 minutes
  2. Drizzle over the orange curd and sprinkle sunflower seeds and serve

Try using lemon curd instead of orange curd.
