Ingredients
- 50g porridge
- 350ml semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tbsp orange curd
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds
How to make it
- Place the oats and milk in a small saucepan and bring to the boil, simmer for 3-4 minutes
- Drizzle over the orange curd and sprinkle sunflower seeds and serve
Try using lemon curd instead of orange curd.
