  • Muesli with Almonds & Cinnamon


  • 150g jumbo oats
  • 50g oat bran
  • 50g flaked almonds
  • 25g unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp wheatgerm
  • qtr tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 apple e.g. Granny Smith grated
  • 150ml milk
  • 2 to 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  • fresh raspberries to garnish

How to make it

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until you have the consistency of porridge

Garnish with fresh raspberries.
