Ingredients
- 150g jumbo oats
- 50g oat bran
- 50g flaked almonds
- 25g unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp wheatgerm
- qtr tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 apple e.g. Granny Smith grated
- 150ml milk
- 2 to 3 tbsp natural yogurt
- fresh raspberries to garnish
How to make it
- Mix all the ingredients together until you have the consistency of porridge
Garnish with fresh raspberries.
