  • Marmalade Porridge with Clotted Cream


  • 50g porridge oats
  • 300ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 tbsp English marmalade
  • 1 tbsp clotted cream

How to make it

  1. Place the oats, milk and marmalade in a small saucepan
  2. Bring to the boil and cook for 2-3 minutes or according to instructions on the pack
  3. Top with a spoonful of clotted cream and serve

Try using apricot jam instead of marmalade for a slightly sweeter option.
