Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp rolled oats, toasted
- 3cm piece root ginger, grated
- 150ml apple juice
- 50ml water
- 4 tbsp low fat natural yogurt
- 25g kale
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in a liquidiser and pulse until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve.
