  • 2 rashers smoked back bacon
  • 2 medium eggs beaten
  • 1 tbsp semi skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp chives chopped
  • 1 slice bread toasted

How to make it

  1. Meanwhile, mix the eggs, milk and chives together and place in a small saucepan
  2. Cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes until scrambled
  3. Spoon the scrambled egg onto the toast and top with the bacon
  4. Serve immediately
