  • 2 large ripe bananas peeled and sliced
  • 150ml natural bio yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp of wheatgerm
  • 300ml semi skimmed milk

How to make it

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until thick and frothy
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately
  3. Variation, Banana and peanut butter smoothie, replace the maple syrup with 2 tbsp of smooth peanut butter
