  • Apple and Cinnamon Porridge


  • 40g porridge oats
  • 300ml semi skimmed milk

Toppings 1

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 red apple

How to make it

Place the oats, milk and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Grate ¾ of the apple and add to the pan, heat gently and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Top with remaining sliced apple and add a pinch of cinnamon.
