Well done to all who took part in our Breakfast Week Challenge along with Melinda Messenger between Monday 23rd and Friday 27th January 2012. You should have noticed a difference in your energy levels and general wellbeing on the days when you have eaten breakfast and hopefully discovered how simple and tasty breakfast can be.

Simply head over to Facebook (click the Breakfast Week Challenge link on the left of our page) and tell us what you ate for breakfast each day this week and, in no more than 150 words, how it made you feel and how easy you found it to complete the challenge. If you missed breakfast any day you can still submit your entry – just make sure you tell us the differences between days you ate breakfast and those you didn’t. Submit your entry before 11.59pm on Tuesday 31st January 2012 to be entered into the prize draw.
Breakfast is such a vital part of a morning routine as it benefits your mood, physical and mental performance, weight and health. In other words starting the day with breakfast can help make you healthier and happier!
