to get off to the right start and that means beginning your day with a

Breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast - that's where its name originates, breaking the fast! Without breakfast you are effectively running on empty, like trying to start the car with no petrol. Taking just a few minutes to have something to eat can really make a difference to your day and we have a selection of recipes to suit all tastes and lifestyles.
If you don't have time to eat before leaving the house, we have lots of breakfast ideas that can be eaten on-the-go or when you get to work such as our Pear and Cinnamon Bircher Muesli, Mini Marmalade & Poppy Seed Loaves or Breakfast Energy Bars. You could also make a batch of Phil Vickery’s Muesli Breakfast Biscuits to enjoy throughout the week.
